New Developments

	Phisantekraal (Durbanville) Capitol Commercial Properties, together with another party, has acquired a prime portion of land measuring 8,6 Ha in size in Phisantekraal, Durbanville. The rezoning and sub-division of this property into 47 light industrial erven is currently underway, with the individual erven expected to come on the market in September 2010.
	Altona (Worcester) This 353 Ha site adjacent to the Worcester Casino and on the N1 highway was acquired by way of private tender by a consortium of buyers during 2006. The rezoning and subdivision process is underway and this exciting development is expected to make a meaningful contribution to future growth in the Breede Valley area.
